Donna Ward is a proud native of New Jersey and a public school music teacher. She has a degree from Muhlenberg College where she majored in Music with a Vocal Performance concentration and Theatre with an Acting concentration. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Education from The College of New Jersey.
In college she was a founding member and music director of the all Broadway a capella group, NoteWorthy, and a founding member and President of the Muhlenberg Gospel Choir, Rejoice!. Donna was also an active member of the Muhlenberg Theatre Association and studied Commedia Dell'Arte at the Academia Dell'Arte in Arezzo, Italy. In her senior year of college, Donna won the title of Muhlenberg Idol and the Henry Award for Performing Artist of the Year.
Since college, Donna has worked as a private voice and piano teacher, private acting coach, Kindermusik Educator, freelance musician both solo and with her band, Mama D & the Vexations, and most recently as an Elementary Music teacher.
